In an effort to generate new business for its on-campus catering business, DBU asked Beam Team Design to layout, and develop a Catering Guide. The colorful, 22-page piece would promote the wonderful food and service that the department can provide to its clients, as well as, be used as collateral to convey the mission of the university and the experience of visiting “University Hill”, or going to school there. The resulting, conservative but vibrant display of culinary treats provides a colorful, detailed description of what is offered for events held on-campus, or those that might be off-site, but still need quality food to make it success for all in attendance.
